What to expect

 You will need a quiet space to sit or lay down and receive the energy coming through. You will get a call a few minutes before your scheduled appointment time to connect with your practitioner. You may be guided to relax and ground yourself. The session will last as long as you specify when making the appointment. We will give you a call when it has ended to talk about your experience. If you have a loved one that is in the hospital or home sick, this is a great option to send them some Reiki Healing.
